Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Customer Service
- To assist in customer service at the counter
- To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary
- To assist in administerring simple first aid if required
Generic Email
- To assist in the clearing of the generic emails
Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel
- To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel
Any other clerical duties
- To assist in any other clerical duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
- Candidates have at least 1 year of recent relevant experience in reception duty in government agency are preferable
