Admin/ Front Desk/ Receptionist

Linktrix Consultants Pte. Ltd.

Working hour: 6.30am to 3.45pm

Working location: South-East Area


Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Customer Service

  • To assist in customer service at the counter
  • To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary
  • To assist in administerring simple first aid if required

Generic Email

  • To assist in the clearing of the generic emails

Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

  • To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

Any other clerical duties

  • To assist in any other clerical duties assigned


Requirements:

  • At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
  • Candidates have at least 1 year of recent relevant experience in reception duty in government agency are preferable
