Job Description
The position is responsible to provide transitionary / project support to the Singapore Corporate Accounting Team.
Successful candidate will be placed under a 6-month contract through our dedicated recruitment agency.
Responsibility
Projects / General Ledger / Statutory / Reporting
- Support finance project implementation (Concur, inforSUN)
- Support GST ACAP review
- Support monthly closing and reporting submissions on OneStream
- Support team members on monthly closing activities
- Support interco entries and confirmations
Payments and accounting duties
- Support payment disbursements
- Carry out any other accounting related duties as assigned by Senior Manager and Director of Finance.
Qualification
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
- Preferably experience in SUN system
- Knowledge in Concur, Kyriba and OneStream an added advantage
- Good understanding of project implementations
