Presales Engineer (Surveillance)
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions based on company products, able to size up clients requirements and work with internal technical team on its feasibility.
• Products: AI Video Analytics, surveillance platforms, speed gates, alarms, intelligent traffic, display/control, thermal, audio/sensing, security inspection.
• Solutions: Speed measurement, violation detection, vehicle info detection, portable enforcement, perimeter protection, time attendance, access control, line haul management, advanced driving assistance, integrated solar-powered security.
• Serve end-user customers in education, energy, healthcare, logistics & MFG, public transport, retail, smart city, traffic, buildings.
• Familiar with public and private project tender procedures and compliances.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to clients, relay design requirements to partners and internal engineers, assess feasibility.
• Identify and develop customized product and service portfolios to suit clients’ needs. • Collaborate with channel partners like system integrators to create client solutions.
• Provide technical knowledge and advice on company solutions, including designs.
• Develop and manage proposals for CXX level.
• Gather feedback on solutions and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the pre-sales field.
- Proven experience managing pre-sales activities in the security space.
- In-depth knowledge on IOT Physical security solutions especially video analytics surveillances system and their SaaS or similar products is a must.
- Experience in providing technical advice and solutions to clients in the security industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients.
