Job Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (from 02 Jan 2025 or after issuance of LOA)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30 am – 3:45 pm (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- General Office Counter Management:
- Handle walk-in queries from parents, students, and visitors.
- Provide assistance at the counter and direct individuals to the appropriate parties if necessary.
- Telephone Management:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, and redirect them to the respective staff members if needed.
- First Aid Administration:
- Administer simple first aid to students when necessary.
Email Management:
- Generic Email Clearing:Manage and respond to the school’s generic email account, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.
Data Entry & Clerical Duties:
- Data Entry:
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Other Administrative Duties:
- Support any additional clerical or administrative tasks as assigned by the school management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Education:
- At least GCE 'N' Level or GCE 'O' Level.
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) (Please indicate proficiency level in CV).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate initiative in a team environment.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in school reception duties between 2021 and 2024.
- Other Requirements:
- Female Singaporean.
Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025.
