Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data & AI to lead and grow our AI practice, with a focus on Generative AI solutions for business. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of innovative AI strategies, manage high-impact client engagements globally, and drive value across multiple industries such as BFSI, Sustainability, Transport, and Healthcare.
As a key leader in the AI space, you will be responsible for overseeing complex AI projects, from inception to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams of AI professionals around the world. Your expertise will guide organizations through their AI transformation, focusing on data management, AI platform modernization, and the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the strategic build-out of the AI practice, with an emphasis on Generative AI applications for various business sectors.
· Manage multiple global client engagements in AI and Generative AI, delivering value to industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Sustainability, Transport, and Healthcare.
· Oversee teams of AI professionals in the development and implementation of advanced data solutions, AI models, and machine learning algorithms tailored to client needs.
· Collaborate with leadership to align AI strategies with business objectives and drive long-term growth through innovative AI-driven initiatives.
· Facilitate the modernization of data platforms and architecture to enhance AI capabilities.
· Ensure best practices in data management, security, and compliance across projects.
Requirements:
· Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives across diverse industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Transport.
· Strong expertise in Generative AI, data platform modernization, and data management.
· Ability to manage and mentor teams of AI and data professionals globally.
· Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering strategic AI solutions.
· Strong understanding of AI technology trends and the ability to translate these into actionable business solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in AI, data management, or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Demonstrated experience managing AI projects end-to-end, from strategy development to execution.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to interface with senior executives and key stakeholders.
