Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs
- Prepare construction/shop drawings fromdesign intent and submit for approvals
- Monitor design development and liaisewith consultants on design issues
- Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues
- Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings
- Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters
- Bachelor of Architecture Minimum 3 years related local experience
- Positive, mature and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and take up challenges
