Admin/ Front Desk/ Receptionist

Linktrix Consultants Pte. Ltd.

Working hour: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Working location: Central Area


  • Hande calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, mails, parcels dispatch
  • Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendance
  • Maintaining and updating of data records
  • Compilation of statistics
  • Filing and typing
  • Drafting of correspondences
  • Attending to pupils who are unwell
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirement:

  • At least an O-Level
  • Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from Mandarin speaking parents / vendors
  • At least 3 years of experience providing admin support
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Basic First Aid knowledge
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with high level of initiative
  • Good customer service skills
  • High level of initiative and able to work independently
