Job Description
- Act as the key account interface, develop and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential Customer/Principal.
- Attend to Customer's request such as pull in, urgent order and push out etc...
- Plan for Overseas Factory Visit or Audit Meeting with the immediate Superior whenever require
- Develop the Sales of existing Accounts
- Build rapport with the Customer and handle Customer quality issues or complaints
- Provide quotation to the Customer
- Liaise with Factory people to ensure that they provide the best support on the order processing and delivery to us
- Work closely with your team members to ensure all order loading is accurate and daily schedule is met
Criteria
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in the PCB/Electronics/Semicon Industry
- Looking for people with aggressive and strong customer-oriented service mentality
- Positive attitude, responsive and hardworking
- Able to travel for business independently
