HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's human resources department. You will support various HR functions and contribute to the effective management of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Employee Records and Documentation:Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  3. Benefits Administration:Support employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
    Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment and changes.
  4. Training and Development:Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs.
    Track and record employee training activities and certifications.
  5. Employee Relations:Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
    Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
  6. Performance Management:Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and feedback coordination.
  7. Compliance:Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
    Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  8. HR Administration:Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling meetings.
  9. Employee Engagement:Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  10. HR Reporting:Assist in generating HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
