Reporting To: School Administrative Staff

Job Type: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025) with an option to extend for another year.

Contract Duration:

  • Base Year: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
  • Option to Extend: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, subject to the School’s discretion.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manage school mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Prepare and verify documents such as the Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet, and track staff attendance daily.
  • Maintain and update data records in school databases.
  • Compile statistics as needed for school reports.
  • Perform filing, typing, and data entry tasks.
  • Draft correspondence as required by school management.
  • Attend to students who are unwell.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various school departments.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum Education:At least a GCE “O” Level qualification.
  2. Experience:At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support in an office or school environment.
    Experience in handling telephone inquiries from Mandarin-speaking parents or vendors is required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic First Aid knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer service skills, with a pleasant demeanor and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and independence.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work.
