ICT Administrative and Operational Support

Linktrix Consultants Pte. Ltd.

Working Hour: 7.30am to 4.45pm

Working Location: Central area


  • Managing the ICT resources, including inventory and asset management, maintenance of ICT equipment, replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment.
  • Updating information on the website and portals.
  • Managing and maintaining non-SSOE equipment and devices, e.g. Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, projectors and visualisers.
  • Managing and monitoring usage of Chromebooks and maintaining whitelist/blacklist via DMA software.
  • Providing first-line technical support for Chromebook devices and liaising with vendors for repair/collection.
  • Providing support for AVA/IT/Live-stream setup during functions/events.
  • Providing ad hoc technical support to staff when necessary.
  • Conducting ad hoc IT training (when required).
  • Conducting stock-taking for all ICT resources (equipment and software) twice yearly.
  • Performing any other ICT-related administrative or operational duties as required.


Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
