Working Hour: 7.30am to 4.45pm
Working Location: Central area
- Managing the ICT resources, including inventory and asset management, maintenance of ICT equipment, replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment.
- Updating information on the website and portals.
- Managing and maintaining non-SSOE equipment and devices, e.g. Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, projectors and visualisers.
- Managing and monitoring usage of Chromebooks and maintaining whitelist/blacklist via DMA software.
- Providing first-line technical support for Chromebook devices and liaising with vendors for repair/collection.
- Providing support for AVA/IT/Live-stream setup during functions/events.
- Providing ad hoc technical support to staff when necessary.
- Conducting ad hoc IT training (when required).
- Conducting stock-taking for all ICT resources (equipment and software) twice yearly.
- Performing any other ICT-related administrative or operational duties as required.
Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
