Responsibilities
- Focused business development by identifying major Quantum Technology and Physics research institutes & Academia in Singapore (primary territory).
- Identify, train & develop local sales partners in some regional countries in the assigned territories.
- Marketing and business development responsibility for Singapore.
- Provide & organize direct technical support to the customers.
- Provide & organize sales and technical support to sales partners.
- Participate in all relevant conferences & trade shows in the assigned territories.
- Work with existing local sales partners for increased reach and ease of doing business.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, ideally related to quantum computing research.
- Solid technical background or scientific track record involving test & measurement instrumentation, including impedance analyzers and lock-in amplifiers.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the quantum technology industry.
- Minimum of five years of experience in impedance analyzers, lock-in amplifiers, and their applications.
- More than three years of experience in customer-related activities, such as Business Development, technical support, and channel management.
- Required to travel frequently within the Asia Pacific region for business purposes.
- Passion for collaboration and successful international stakeholder management with excellent cultural sensitivity.
