Background of this role :
- Assist employee engagement team + Talent Management team, so there will be classroom set up for training etc,
- Coordination work to ensure the event are well executed such as ordering tea.
Job Description :
- Promote and manage staff facilities, for example, Staff Lounge, Gym and other staff recreational facilities
- Support the team to drive Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, pulse survey, action and improvement plans.
- Support the team in Employee Engagement Events
- Keen on running events, comfortable with coordination leading up to events (liaising with fellow staff, vendors, creation of EDM/social media) and actual event day activities
- Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of HR.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes
- Provide administrative support
- Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc
