- Design development: Leading the development of architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Construction documentation: Preparing construction drawings and specifications.

- Code compliance: Ensuring that the design complies with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Architectural Engineering
- Strong experience in LTA/MRT Projects
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
