Our goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors, supporting them after injuries, recovering from stroke, surgery, or recently being hospitalized. We aim to provide comprehensive care and support to help them regain their independence, improve their physical and mental well-being, and enjoy a higher standard of living.
The Therapy Associate is responsible for conducting reassessment, providing client care and progressing individual therapy/group sessions including client education and caregiver training under the supervision/instruction of a therapist.
You will need to
- Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents/clients with various disabilities and conditions for optimal care
- Consult therapist on care plans and rehab progression as necessary
- Assist in conducting quality improvement projects
- Conduct training for therapy assistants, therapy assistant students or other care staff as necessary
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams from other Business Units to ensure good client experience and service
You should
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Posses initiative and proactively seeks guidance for complex cases when required
- Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
