Job Scope:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Work with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint.
- Showcase our products and services at roadshows, trade shows, and other exciting events.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and address customer needs, build rapport, and provide tailored solutions.
- Skilled in identifying challenges and offering relevant solutions that align with customer goals.
- Proficient in managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new products, sales techniques, and trends, ensuring relevant conversations with potential customers.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, update statuses, and manage sales pipelines.
- Driven to achieve and exceed targets, with a positive attitude towards overcoming setbacks and objections.
Work Schedule
- 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday)
- 12pm - 9pm
