Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding the completion of relevant oil and gas process design work for offshore and onshore modules according to the specifications; such as completing PFD and PID calculations;
- Responsible for guiding the process calculations, physical and thermal balance calculations, equipment selection calculations, instrument selection calculations, etc. of the project; determine the process specifications and technical requirements, and prepare process tables and data tables;
- Responsible for guiding the preparation of process description documents;
- Responsible for guiding the participation in project HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and other safety analyses;
- Responsible for guiding the proofreading and review of finished drawings;
- Responsible for guiding the professional training within the department;
- Responsible for guiding and cooperating with the department manager to complete the bidding work;
- Responsible for guiding the analysis and interpretation of bidding documents, project specifications and analysis reports;
Requirements:
- More than 20 years of relevant professional work experience
- Familiar with the design and technical management of offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities, and familiar with relevant domestic and foreign specifications, standards and common industry practices in the oil and gas industry;
- Proficient in process design software such as HYSYS, FlareNet, PipePhase, and office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good command of English
- Strong work coordination ability.
