Responsibilities :
- To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
- To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.
- Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client's Representative and contractors.
- To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.
- To review and approve equipment/materials requisitions.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Liaising with authorities, clients representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
- Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
- Resolving any tehnical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
- Minimum 5years experience from Construction background.
- Positive personality and good team player.
- Meticulous and responsible.
- Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
