Administrative management, assisting the secretarial team to review company secretary-related submissions and train the team, managing and supervising communications with clients and regulators (such as ACRA/IRAS), regularly reviewing KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) information of existing customers, especially high-risk customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining regular relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and interaction, having CSIS, understanding Singapore company laws, regulations and compliance requirements, having strong communication skills, paying attention to details, having strong organizational and time management skills, having a starting salary for good performance, bonuses and rewards, and annual leave and sick leave are the same as the Ministry of Labor
