Responsibilities :
- Translate short, mid, and long-term demand into required resources, including headcount, repair and maintenance, capital expenditure, and overheads.
- Periodically analyze actual costs and earnings to provide management with clear, actionable information.
- Identify and initiate SMART opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity; monitor adherence to targets like overtime, headcount, and earnings per hour.
- Oversee inventory levels to optimize stock, minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Establish activity rates using Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies.
- Work closely with the global Operations team using SAP/BI, report to management, and contribute to strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with an economic focus
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in an operations setting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
