Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month
Responsibilities:
· Assist in onsite audits/investigation for Homes/Shelters;
· Complete the post audit checklist and prepare Onsite Assurance (OA) reports
· Assist in follow-up with Homes/Shelters on lapses and recommendations to rectify them.
· Track MP referrals/ feedback and complaints;
· Assist in assessment for Guest-of-Honour invitations; and
· Draft submission for incident reports.
· Help in collation/tracking of data needed for planning of the measures;
· Coordinate any distribution of ad-hoc donated items such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs); and
· Coordinate meetings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Sociology.
· Comfortable with performing on-site audits or investigations for homes and shelters.
· Immediate Starters (No notice period).
