Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and performance
- Support in applications/systems deployment
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and performance testing
- Facilitate system enhancement requests and perform vendor management
- Support in troubleshooting of applications during incidents
- Ensure that systems and processes adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal processes
Requirements
- Keep an eye on our system's health and performance, making sure everything runs smoothly (24/7 rotational shift*)
- Assist in rolling out new applications and systems to ensure they work seamlessly
- Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing and performance testing sessions
- Handle system enhancement requests and work with vendors to get things done
- Support SQL troubleshooting efforts during incidents to keep operations smooth
- Ensure our systems and processes comply with regulations and internal standards
*Each 24/7 standby support will last for a week. Depending on how large the team is, the next time you perform this shift will be 3-4 weeks later. Shift work will not be on-site but in the comfort of your own home unless there is a deployment which requires you to be on-site. Will explain more over the first initial call.
