Job Description:
- To provide corporate secretariat support to the Group Secretariat function.
- Maintenance of records, registers and other relevant documents required by applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Compiling meeting materials and attending to all meeting-related logistics.
- Attending to logistics and arrangements for board and shareholder meetings.
- Updating of statutory registers, corporate information and Secretariat records.
- ACRA filings for group companies.
- Drafting Board and Board Committee minutes and resolutions in writing.
- Assisting in the preparation of AGM, Annual Reports and Letter to Shareholders.

- Responding to director / shareholder/ stakeholder queries.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Performing any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Job Requirements:
- Min 5 years’ corporate secretariat experience in a public listed company (preferably in a financial institution or a reputable organisation/service provider).
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, SGX-ST Listing Rules and Code of Corporate Governance (“CG”). Familiarity with CG guidelines and regulations issued by MAS is preferred.
- Good drafting skills.
- Meticulous and organised in documentation and record-keeping
- Able to work independently yet be a team player to ensure that the department's goals are achieved
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Display initiative to ensure that work is done and completed within timelines stipulated
- Be adaptable and willing to accept new duties and/or challenges that you may be assigned from time to time
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
