· Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables, payments and claims, stocktake on merchandises
· Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping
· Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, banks reconciliation and monthly reports
· Assist in including cheques, payment voucher and online payment
· Monitor collections and issue receipts
· Perform general admin duties such as assist in handling customers at the front desk and incoming calls
Requirements
· At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts
· Strong organization and communication skills
