Job Description:
- Partner with distributors to manage and grow the key account business.
- Work with distributors to develop and execute business plans within the approved budget.
- Lead the execution of all plans, programs, and activities for the distributor market as outlined in the marketing calendar.
- Organize and oversee all Public Relation events in the market, in line with the Public Relation activities plan.
- Coordinate, manage, and implement business plans and programs approved by the International Business Group.
- Execute and manage all approved trade marketing plans and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status and progress of business plans and program execution.
- Conduct market audits to ensure shelves are stocked, monitor competitor pricing and promotions, and report on trends and developments in the market.
Job Requirement:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries, including Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sectors, with distributor management experience.
- Extensive experience in trade marketing for consumer products is essential.
- Product launch and introduction experience is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
