JOB SUMMARY
To provide day to day retail operational support
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving store targets and providing a top notch shopping experience to our customers.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing items and providing product recommendations where required.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the retail outlets, such as cashiering, tally sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the retail outlets and product displays, etc.
- Maintain stock inventory, product replenishment and stock takes.
- Provide orientation and product training for new retail assistants.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- A cheerful, friendly and positive attitude
