Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering and development of plastic injection molding projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and material selection for new projects.
- Develop and optimize injection molding processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to molding processes and tooling.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project specifications, changes, and progress.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement and equipment needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Intern experience in program engineering role
- Understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling.
