Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Executive will assist the Senior Manager, Human Resource and Development in the following work areas:
a. Payroll Processing
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as submission of grants or claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant country legislation and procedures for staff in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, and Indonesia.
b. Employee Experience
- Administration of Employee Engagement surveys and assist in implementation of measures to enhance staff engagement and well-being
c. Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in the review of staff compensation and benefits
- Administration of staff compensation and benefits
d. Employee Exit
- Ensure timely processing of staff exit
e. Staff Learning and Development
- Undertake staff learning and development operations
f. Other Duties Assigned
- Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required such as staff discipline
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in preferably Business or Human Resources
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
- Preferably has commission administration
- Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Singapore employment and staff pay related legislation
- Good team player
- Good communication skills in English
