Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement, price verification and business negotiation for key equipment and other related materials required for the project according to technical requirements
- Process purchase orders and sign purchase contracts according to project requirements
- Track the execution of effective purchase orders and contracts
- Supervise the implementation of contracts, handle problems during the execution of contracts, and ensure execution in accordance with contract provisions
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of industry project procurement experience, and have worked on at least two medium-sized projects
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication and coordination skills, judgment and decision-making ability;
- Knowledge of planning management, cost management and risk management.
