We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst with a strong consulting background to join our team and drive success across key projects and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact.

Job Summary:

The PMO Analyst will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in ensuring effective project governance, oversight, and coordination across various programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of PMO experience, ideally within a consulting environment, and will be responsible for providing project management support, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving operational excellence in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and track key project governance frameworks, providing accurate and timely project status reports, risk logs, and financial updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Monitor, identify, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Financial Tracking: Support budget management and cost tracking for assigned projects, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
  • PMO Best Practices: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of PMO methodologies, standards, and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tool Management: Ensure that project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other PPM tools) are utilized effectively across teams.
  • Performance Metrics & KPIs: Track key performance metrics and KPIs to measure project success and inform future project improvements.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools within the project framework.
  • Training & Development: Assist in training project teams on PMO processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the overall project strategy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of PMO experience in a project or program management office, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or other PPM tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, cost control, and budgeting in project settings.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within large-scale transformation projects or multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Consulting background with a focus on project or program management within large organizations.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive results across complex matrix environments.
