RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project
Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
Monitor and keep track of project progress and responsible for measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period
Finalise project’s final account.

REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCIES
Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently and good mentor to the QS team. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore
Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCad and the ability to learn new specialist software
