Job Description
- Prepare materials for daily lessons, department noticeboard displays, regular department programmes such as competitions and external school activities, perform gardening duties related to science curriculum and provide support for ad-hoc science programmes
- Clean and organize science equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of science labs
- Manage and organize inventory list
- Provide logistical support in department and school programmes
- Support in administrative work, Microsoft applications: Excel, Word
- Able to keep composure and work in dynamic environment
- Assist with planting/greening activities held in eco-garden and its routine maintenance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/LH-Science and/or Admin Manager
Requirements
- Must minimally possess “N” level certification
- Good command in English Language, written and spoken
- Must have 2 years of prior experience working in a Primary School Science laboratory.
- Preferably have worked with plants or involved in planting/greening activities to support teachers carrying out eco-garden maintenance.
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:15am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
