Our client specializes in engineering, construction, and facility management solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Maintain and revise drawings as needed, making corrections as directed by a supervisor.
- Create accurate and high-quality drawings independently and review your work before submission.
- Coordinate with Designers and Site Engineers regarding drawing details and any additional sketches requested by clients.
- Maintain drawing records and reports.
- Prepare BIM MEP modeling and collaborate with the BIM coordinator to meet client requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of building services, particularly ducting and piping in industrial and commercial developments.
- Proficient in REVIT (BIM) and AutoCAD applications (2D & 3D).
- Ability to meet tight drawing deadlines.
