· Coordinates practices and rehearsal schedules for all performing artistes.
· Monitors and reports the work progress of all performing artistes.
. Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances.
· Conducts market research, gathers information on latest trends to improve business prospects.
· Plans, designs, and produces solutions while managing all project delivery elements within time limit.
· Liaises with customers to identify their needs and to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
· Promotes the Company’s business via social media platforms.
