Position : Temp Executive – Accounting/Finance


Contract period (start/end date): 364 days, candidate may start work ASAP


Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu); 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

  1. Minimum qualification:
  • Diploma in Accounting and/or and Finance. Salary ranges from $2,800 - $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) may also be considered
  • Experience in handling full set accounting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements
  1. Job scope:

Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage full set accounts for our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle from data entry to financial statement preparation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
  • Handle tax matters including GST/VAT returns and corporate tax computations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors during annual audits
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management as required
  • Assist in annual meeting involving stakeholders
  • Provide assistance to the organising of department’s events (if required)

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and financial modelling
  • Understanding of internal control principles
  • Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
