Job Description

We are seeking candidate who has a passion for the environment and is dedicated to addressing the pressing issue of climate change to help save the Earth to join our team to assist our Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Chief Business Development Officer (“CBDO”).


Role and Responsibility

  • Manage Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Chief Business Development Officer (“CBDO”) calendar, schedule meetings, travel plans, answering phone calls, email reply, take messages and important events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes for all meetings.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, both within and outside the organisation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel or location.
  • Preparation of CEO and CBDO presentation documents.
  • Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients and contact information.
  • Handle expenses claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO and CBDO.
  • Collect and organise information from various sources, providing timely and relevant updates to the CEO and CBDO.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure project progress and task completion.
  • Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by CEO and CBDO.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to change under pressure.
  • Self-motivated individual who is efficient and organised.
  • Meticulous, resilient and organised with an eye for details.
  • Team player
  • Experience in secretarial duties is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate at all levels is encouraged to apply.
