The job holder shall be the key liaison officer in facilitating Academic Clinical Program – Surgery, SingHealth, Duke-NUS and Duke Durham department/units in academic programs and exchanges.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinator in facilitating DSSO, ACP SingHealth, Duke-NUS and Duke Durham department/units in academic programs and exchanges.
- Where necessary, facilitate cross-collaborations across ACPs, AMEI, AMRI and SingHealth Group Education and SingHealth Academy.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings in support of the above activities, including coordinating the meeting schedules, logistical support, preparation, and circulation of papers/other meeting materials, taking notes, and recording of key decisions, as well as following-up on issues raised at meetings and assisting to coordinate follow-up actions until resolved.
- Assist in planning, project management, implementation, and evaluation of the assigned initiatives/ projects, workgroups, etc.
- Organise engagement sessions with the relevant stakeholders in support of the above activities.
- Any other requests as required by supervisor.
Job requirements:
- Degree, preferably in science, engineering or health sciences.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and data management.
- Familiarity with research, either as an investigator or administrator preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player who is able to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and administrative staff.
