Job Description:
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with all customers.
- Supervise programs and procedures to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction with the team.
- Oversee and implement process improvements and changes enabled by IT systems.
- Provide in-house support to Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and inquiries related to assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with global offices regarding sales-related inquiries and shipment monitoring and coordination are in line with account SOP setups.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and external customers in the requested format.
- Review, update, and maintain SOPs, quotations, and RFQ results for assigned accounts in server/systems.
- Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
- Develop and direct procedures for the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team, while ensuring company policies are clearly communicated and adhered to.
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
