My client a leading fintech company is looking for a CFO to be based in the Financial District of Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of the company's regional operations across multiple countries, including team management, operational oversight, and budget supervision.
- Track and analyse key financial metrics and budget performance, providing timely insights and early warnings on potential operational and management issues for executive decision-making.
- Participate in major company decisions by offering proactive recommendations on finance, capital, risk control, and policies.
- Align the company's operations with regional requirements, developing financial regulations that suit international business expansion.
- Take full responsibility for IPO-related tasks, including but not limited to financial statement approvals, public disclosures, pricing, stock offerings, and investor roadshows.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields; candidates with backgrounds in international investment banking or technology companies (especially from A-share fintech) are preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing multinational financial teams, with proven success in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and post-investment management.
- Experience in leading the full IPO process from inception to completion, with a successful track record in listing companies will be of advantage.
- Strong communication and resource integration skills, with expertise in building operational mechanisms and processes.
- Global perspective and experience, able to provide strategic financial decision-making support in a global business environment.
