Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in the daily servicing and maintenance of the building's ACMV system, Smoke Detection System, Slab Cooling System, and other small M&E systems.
- Support facilities operations by providing engineering solutions to enhance the reliability and robustness of M&E systems.
- Liaise and coordinate project site activities with clients, building management agents, consultants, vendors/suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure effective preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Prepare yearly, quarterly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Generate monthly progress reports for maintenance activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service contractors.
- Manage documentation for purchase orders, delivery orders, service reports, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, designing, tendering, and managing project work.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Facilities Management.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operating, servicing, and maintaining ACMV systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Liquid Desiccant Systems and Absorption Chiller Systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
