Job Description
The candidate is expected to
- Develop a highly competitive research program and will have many opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in DBS.
- Contribute to the development, teaching, and running of modules in his/her field of expertise
- Contributed to the development, teaching and running of modules in his/her field of expertise at the undergraduate and/or graduate level as well as supervision of student research projects.
- Contribute to service duties as required.
Qualifications
The candidates is required to possess a PhD degree in Biological Sciences or related areas with postdoctoral research experience with an excellent publication record in any of these areas:
- Vector biology and host-pathogen interaction
- Computational biology
- Biotechnology (e.g. applied fish biology, plant pathology, etc)
- Nature-based climate solutions (impact of climate change and solutions)
- Biodiversity and evolutionary biology
