Job Overview:

This role is for a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT professional to oversee and support our IT infrastructure across multiple outlets in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's hardware, software, network systems, and IT assets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a broad knowledge of various IT systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, cybersecurity and data protection fundamentals, and effective vendor management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Windows and Ubuntu servers, ensuring they run efficiently and securely.
  • Manage VMware Host Clients for virtualized server environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Office365 and Azure environments, handling user management, configurations, and online administration.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of Windows Active Directory, including user account setups, security groups, and policy enforcement.
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls and VPN solutions.
  • Administer Access Points, network switches, and Cloud Key for seamless connectivity.
  • Set up and maintain laptops and accounts for new users using Active Directory.
  • Install, support, and troubleshoot software and hardware, including peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and modems.
  • Manage cloud services such as Amazon AWS and Cloudflare for security and cloud configuration.
  • Administer Network Shared Drives, ensuring file access and security.
  • Maintain data backups and ensure data recovery systems are operational.
  • Support Microsoft SharePoint environments and ensure team collaboration tools are optimized.
  • Oversee the setup and online access of CCTV systems for remote monitoring.
  • Manage products for door access control and ensure the security systems are fully operational.
  • Setup, monitor, and maintain PABX telephone systems for seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, hard drives, modems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate deliveries, and process RMA exchanges for warranty parts with vendors.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, including inspection and data cleansing of server rooms, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Engage with IT vendors to communicate company requirements and coordinate the procurement of hardware and software.
  • Assist in purchasing, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software, while keeping IT asset and license information up to date.
  • Provide IT support across various center locations in Singapore, including troubleshooting laptops, printers, access points, walkie-talkies, CCTV systems, and more.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and awareness workshops for end-users.
  • Support the setup of new locations, including configuring Access Points, CCTV, door access systems, and telephone systems.
  • Maintain electrical UPS power systems in data centers and support server room operations.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of websites, including WordPress management and updates.

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in IT
  • Min 1 to 2 years experience in similar capacitu
  • Administrator-level knowledge in Windows and Ubuntu server environments.
  • Expertise in VMware, Microsoft Office365, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and collaboration platforms (Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Previous experience in a multi-site IT support role, especially across various locations in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including access points, firewalls, VPN, and switches.
  • Experience with CCTV systems, door access products, PABX telephone systems, and NAS.
  • Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS and Cloudflare.
  • Experience in managing IT assets and inventories, including RMA processing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support various hardware and software issues.
  • Strong vendor management and procurement experience.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining data centers or server rooms, including electrical systems (UPS).
