Sales & Marketing Director
Location : CT Hub, 2 Kallang Avenue #03-03 Singapore 339407
Working days : 5 days (Monday - Friday)
Working time : 9.00am - 6.00pm
Salary : $10,000 - $12,000 Monthly
Roles & Responsibilities
· Participate in formulating the company's ERP sales strategy, specifics sales plans, and making sales forecasts;
· Organize and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets;
· Control the balanced development of sales budget, sales expenses, sales scope, and sales goals;
· Recruiting, training, motivating, and assessing subordinate employees, as well as assisting them in completing assigned task targets;
· Collect various market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and other relevant departments;
· Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies, norms, and systems to continuously adapt to market development;
· Develop and collaborate with enterprises and partners, such as relationships with distributors and agents;
· Assist superiors in handling market crisis public relations;
· Properly handle customer complaints and receive customer visits;
· Assist in developing corporate product and brand promotion plans, and supervise their implementation.
· Contribute to developing marketing plans and targets by analysing sales results.
· Provide market intelligence feedback to support the development of marketing strategies.
· Identify potential business development opportunities aligned with the company's strategic plans
· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing roles,
preferably in marketing service industry.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills
· In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
· Strong leadership and team management skills and able to work with various stakeholders
· Possess drive and acute business acumen to achieve results
