Job Description & Requirements
· Attend to walk-in or phone in customers enquires
· To listen and understand the customer description of fault on their device and to Book-in or process customers’ collection
· Provide basic QC check (using system or manual testing) to ensure repaired device is in working condition before returning to customer.
· Provide product support to customers
· Guide customers on data transferring
· Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers before booking in device for repair or for collection
· Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all time
