Our client operates in the healthcare industry, providing medical services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide imaging services (X-rays and/or Ultrasound) as requested by referring physicians or permitted by regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee processes related to X-ray and/or Ultrasound, including equipment, materials, documents, records, and facilities.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and maintenance on machinery.
- Perform administrative tasks such as registration, managing process flows, record keeping, responding to phone inquiries, compiling reports, and scheduling appointments.
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and corporate clients.
- Collaborate closely with Radiologists, Referring Physicians, and Clinical Staff to meet patient needs.
- Engage in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional education and training.
- Ensure compliance with Radiation Safety Policies.
- Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols.
- Participate in shift work, on-call duties, and rotations within Radiology facilities as per the roster.
- Additionally, perform any other duties assigned by the employer as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or a related field.
- Must be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Candidates with relevant work experience will have an advantage.
