Job Summary
Assist with procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and materials and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Description:
- Use procurement & inventory system MS Dynamics 365 to assist in full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
- Issue purchase orders (PO) and performs Goods Receive Note (GRN).
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Responsible for operations’ inquiries and quotations.
- Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O level or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experiences in similar capacity
- Effectively bilingual with proficiency in English
- Proficient in advanced excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management.
- Available to start immediately
- Familiar with inventory management system. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage
