Job Description:
Alphatok is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager/Director to lead its marketing efforts and drive brand awareness in the AI and B2B software sectors. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. The position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Alphatok’s market presence and brand image.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage and produce marketing content, including product brochures, blogs, case studies, and video content.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage external partnerships with media outlets, agencies, and vendors to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Alphatok’s products and services.
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, AI, or B2B software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
  • Knowledge of AI, SaaS, and custom software solutions.
  • Strong industry connections and network.
