Knowledge Management Executive

A&G Asia is a network of law firms with offices in Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam and China, and associate firms in Malaysia and Indonesia. The A&G Knowledge Management (“KM”) department is one of the most established KM departments in Singapore, supporting A&G Asia and our clients with legal updates, webinars, seminars, and publications.

A&G KM is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The Executive will have two primary functions, to support the learning and development (“L&D”) division and to support our regional KM work.

You will be expected to work with the team to provide support as follows:

  • Assisting in organising and running A&G’s training programmes including record keeping, administrative, and logistical matters. These programmes include in-house and client sessions.
  • Reviewing and formatting training materials.
  • Supporting regional KM work, including editing, reviewing and formatting publications and managing data.
  • Assisting in cross functional communication with marketing and regional colleagues for both L&D, regional, and general KM work.
  • Assisting generally in other KM support functions, including tracking developments across multiple sectors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • A candidate who demonstrates an interest in developments across the region, with the ability to keep up to date on relevant geopolitical and legal trends will be advantaged.
  • A highly motivated person who is resilient and able to multi-task. Able to learn and work fast within tight deadlines
  • Able to prioritise tasks and handle multiple tasks within given timeframes.
  • Accurate, meticulous, and organised.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other applications online learning, meeting support, and survey applications and a willingness to learn and use new technology.
