Job Responsibilities:


1. Prepare the SCA Annual Report:Draft, compile, and present a comprehensive annual report for the Singapore Cricket Association (SCA), ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

2. Content Coordination and Website Management:Plan, coordinate, and manage content for the SCA website and social media platforms. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and web designers to create engaging content and ensure timely updates.

3. Social Media Strategy and Brand Growth:Enhance the SCA's brand visibility by leveraging social media platforms, driving engagement, and aligning efforts with the organization's strategic goals.

4. Data Analysis for Business Growth:Analyze engagement data and campaign performance to identify successful initiatives, applying insights to scale SCA’s operations effectively.

5. Media Content and Campaign Management:Research, write, proofread, and edit media content. Oversee the implementation of media campaigns and public relations efforts, ensuring alignment with SCA’s communications strategies.

6. Social Media Engagement:Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments. Foster partnerships with other brands and develop shareable multimedia content to expand SCA’s reach.

7. Promotion of Cricket Nationwide:Lead initiatives to increase cricket awareness across Singapore, particularly among school-going youths.

8. Sponsor-Driven and NSA Programs:Develop and launch sponsor-driven or National Sports Association (NSA) initiatives to further cricket development.

9. Club Relationships and Pathway Creation: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with traditional cricket clubs in Singapore, facilitating pathways for school cricketers to progress into club-level play.

10. Youth Participation Growth:Dedicate efforts to increasing youth participation in cricket, particularly among Singaporean students.

11. Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure that all SCA activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations, overseeing compliance matters.

12. Policy Development and Management: Create, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent organizational practices. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and documents

13. Management Advisory:Offer expert advice and guidance to SCA's management on a wide range of organizational and strategic matters.



Qualifications and Requirements:

· Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) would be advantageous.

· Experience:

1. Proven experience in sports administration or a similar managerial role, ideally within a national sports association or a related field.

2. Experience in content coordination, social media management, and communications.

3. Strong background in stakeholder management, particularly with clubs, sponsors, and youth development.

4. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in a sports environment.

· Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and provide strategic direction to an organization.

· Strong Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in drafting reports, managing media relations, and public speaking.

· Analytical Abilities:Proficiency in data analysis, business growth strategies, and decision-making based on performance metrics.

· Digital and social media Savvy:Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies to grow the organization’s brand and presence online.

· Contract Management:Knowledge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and various organizational documents.
