- Opening and Closing of Kitchens area
- Pick-up of Food packages from kitchens
- Sorting of Food packages into Food Lockers
- Attend to queries from deliverymen, stall owners and shoppers
- Coordinate with mall’s cleaning crew to ensure that the common areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Check on delay/issue when there is any delay of food order.
